We recently had the pleasure of completing the supply and installation of various acrylic items, including reception counters, shelves, tables, and dance floor cum tables, at a newly opened beach club located in Palm Jumeirah. This project allowed us to showcase our expertise in custom fabricating acrylic furniture.
The theme of the beach club was brought to life through the use of vibrant colors, which we incorporated into our designs. Each piece of furniture was meticulously crafted to align with this theme, resulting in a cohesive and visually appealing environment.
One of the unique aspects of this project was the opportunity to create something truly distinctive. We relished the challenge and thoroughly enjoyed the creative process.
The designs included tables made from high-thickness acrylic, custom painted in vibrant colors. This not only added a pop of color but also contributed to the overall aesthetic of the beach club.

Yeppley Playground
We had the distinct privilege of working on the Yeppley Playground project located in City Centre, Al Zahia, Sharjah where we were tasked with creating and installing custom painted acrylic panels on the front side of the premises. This project served as another testament to our expertise in custom painting of acrylic panels.
The panels, painted in varying shades of blue and pink, added a vibrant touch to the playground. Despite the time constraints, our dedicated team worked tirelessly, fabricating, and installing the panels at an accelerated pace to ensure timely completion of the project.
This endeavor was a collaborative effort with Aujan Interiors, who provided us with the opportunity to create something truly beautiful.

One of the unique aspects of this project was the creation of lengthy acrylic panels, each 12mm thick and cut to a specific design. These panels were chemically bonded to achieve the desired length, and each acrylic panel was custom painted in different colors and shades. The sheer length of the acrylic panels posed a significant challenge, but our team rose to the occasion and executed the task flawlessly.
The successful completion of this project, despite its challenges, was a testament to our team’s skill and dedication. The result was well received by the client, further solidifying our reputation for delivering high-quality, custom solutions. This project was a rewarding experience for us, and we look forward to taking on more such challenging and creative endeavors in the future.
EL&N London – Yas Bay Waterfront
In the Café project, we had the unique opportunity to create distinctive interior design elements that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also served as perfect backdrops for Instagram-worthy moments.
We custom fabricated and installed a variety of features, including Dichroic acrylic ceiling features and an acrylic bar counter, which added a unique touch to the café’s ambiance. Additionally, we created custom painted acrylic fish hanging features, pearlescent finish acrylic spheres, and hemisphere wall, which further enhanced the café’s visual appeal.
One of the standout elements was the heart-shaped metal sculptures, for which we installed custom painted acrylic panels. We also used frosted acrylic solid blocks for displaying products, adding a functional yet stylish element to the café’s interior.
The client desired a theme-based design, with pink as the dominant color. We worked closely with the interior designers to create samples that aligned with this vision. The client approved these samples, and we were able to bring this vision to life successfully.
Each element in this project was custom fabricated according to the interior designer’s design. The acrylic bar counter and ceiling feature, created using acrylic and dichroic stickers, were key designs that added a unique touch to the café.
For the acrylic sphere and hemisphere, we used a thermoforming process on the acrylic and custom painted it to achieve a pearlescent finish. These elements, along with the others, contributed to creating a café that was not only visually stunning but also provided a unique experience for its patrons.
This project was a testament to our ability to create custom, theme-based designs that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations. We look forward to creating more such unique and beautiful spaces in the future.

Our meticulous craftsmanship came into play during the installation process. We skillfully fitted the acrylic panels within the grooves, ensuring a snug and watertight seal. To fortify against the elements, we employed a specialized waterproof chemical and a robust water-resistant sealant. These panels are crafted from top-tier cast acrylic, boasting a substantial thickness of 100mm. They are not only UV-resistant but also weatherproof, ensuring longevity and clarity.
Dimensions and Client Satisfaction
Each acrylic panel measures 3600mm x 900mm, providing an expansive view of the cityscape. Our team’s professionalism and timely execution left the client overjoyed with the final result. Their satisfaction is our ultimate reward!
